How do I place an order?
Choose your size on the product page, add it to your cart and check out on giraah.pk. You can also order by sending us a message on WhatsApp at 0313 6638449.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on orders anywhere in Pakistan. Any other payment options are shown at checkout.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 4 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat Rs 300 per order, wherever you are in Pakistan.
Which courier do you use?
We ship with TCS, Leopards (LCS) and Pakistan Post, depending on your city.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
At the moment we deliver within Pakistan only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, message us on WhatsApp at 0313 6638449 with your order number and we will share your courier tracking details.
Sizes and fit
How do I choose my size?
Every product has its own size chart in the product photos, with the measurements for each size. Compare them with an outfit that fits you well. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Are your outfits stitched?
Yes. Every Giraah outfit is stitched and ready to wear.
What sizes do you have for girls?
Our Baby Girls range covers ages 1 to 8 years. The sizes available differ by design and are listed on each product page.
Exchanges and returns
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags and original packaging. Exchanges depend on the size being in stock.
What if my item is damaged, defective or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will arrange an exchange or a refund.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. We only accept exchanges for a wrong size, or exchanges and refunds for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.
Fabric care
How should I wash chikankari and lawn?
Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent, and wash dark colours separately the first few times. Do not wring. Dry in the shade and iron on the reverse side.
How do I care for silk, organza and gota work?
Dry cleaning is best. If you hand wash, use cold water, keep it brief and avoid scrubbing over gota or embellishments.
